CITIZEN ATTESA New limited-edition Power of Neptune model inspired by the ice giant planet Neptune
CITIZEN Watch is launching the Power of Neptune, a new limited-edition light-powered Eco-Drive SATELLITE WAVE GPS watch*1 model with a sapphire glass bezel from the CITIZEN ATTESA line of watches. This new model is equipped with the top-of-the-line F950 movement.

The design of the limited-edition Power of Neptune model is inspired by the ice giant planet Neptune, named after the Roman god of the sea. The blue color brings to mind the icy surface of Neptune, a frozen planet at the very edge of our solar system. The entire surface of the vivid blue sapphire bezel is made even more eye-catching by using physical vapor deposition to create the coating. The names of the cities are printed in an attractive gold color that matches the Duratect Gold*2 on the side of the bezel. The dial is a beautiful blue color highlighted with subtle yellow gold color accents on the indices and hands, making this a timepiece fit for a god of the sea. The case and bracelet feature the bright, almost transparent silver color of Duratect Platinum, producing a clean, sophisticated impression. As a limited-edition model, the watch has a design embossed on the case back featuring the ♆ symbol, a three-pronged trident representing Neptune, amid the swirling currents of the sea.
This model is also equipped with CITIZEN’s F950 movement, the ultimate movement for light-powered Eco-Drive SATELLITE WAVE GPS watches. It is capable of receiving time-only signals in as little as 3 seconds – the fastest GPS satellite signal reception in the world*3 - and the hour and minute hands move rapidly to display the correct time. This full-spec model also includes the Double Direct Flight*4 and 1/20 chronometer function.

Duratect Platinum: Platinum is a soft precious metal with Vickers hardness of 50-100 HV. CITIZEN’s proprietary surface hardening technology boosts this figure to 1,000-1,200 Hv. This treatment provides superior hardness as well as a bright, almost transparent, silver sheen to produce remarkably beautiful timepieces. (Vickers hardness of stainless steel is approx. 200 Hv)
